Champions Training

Our kickboxing classes train fighters to an elite level, with several current champions among our members.

Our club has produced fighters who have competed worldwide, both in amateur and professional ranks, winning highly acclaimed titles, including world championships!

We currently have European and British titleholders and fighters competing for world titles.

Kickboxing

Founded in the late 1990s by our head coach and chairman, Mr. Ross, our kickboxing program has developed a reputation for excellence and dedication to martial arts. With a focus on building both skill and character, our classes have nurtured countless athletes, transforming beginners into competitive fighters who have gone on to compete at national and international levels. Our fighters have started at beginner levels and progressed through amateur ranks, reaching professional stages where they contend for highly respected titles, including world championships. This commitment to excellence is what makes our club a recognized leader in kickboxing training.

Our kickboxing classes are inclusive and cater to all ages, beginning from age 5, and welcome all experience levels. We believe that kickboxing offers more than just physical benefits; it builds discipline, resilience, and confidence. Younger students learn focus, respect, and self-defense, while adults of all ages find fitness, camaraderie, and personal growth through the sport. Whether you’re looking to learn the basics, improve your fitness, or join a pathway to competitive fighting, we have a class tailored to your goals and needs.

With over 20 years of experience, our instructors are experts in both kickboxing and personal development. They ensure that every student feels welcomed, supported, and motivated, regardless of why they join. Karate

Our Satorishido Karate classes offer a unique and high-quality martial arts experience led by our chairman and head coach, Mr. Ross, who brings over 50 years of expertise in karate and holds a 5th Dan black belt in the discipline, as well as a 6th Dan in kickboxing. After achieving his black belt, Mr. Ross was inspired to start his own kickboxing program, designing a unique grading syllabus that was approved by the WKN governing body, ensuring it met rigorous standards. The Satorishido Karate classes draw from a freestyle approach, incorporating various forms of karate to create a practical, self-defense-focused style that emphasizes adaptability and real-world application.

With eight karate classes available each week and an active student base of over 120 participants, our program provides ample opportunity for students to develop skills and advance at their own pace. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire students of all ages, building not only physical abilities but also discipline, confidence, and mental resilience. Under Mr. Ross's leadership, our students receive instruction rooted in tradition yet adaptable for modern self-defense, creating a well-rounded and dynamic martial arts education.
