Junior Kickboxing Sparring - Monthly Payment

Junior sparring 5:00-6:00pm every Monday

Junior sparring classes are available by invitation only for students who regularly attend a Kickboxing class on another day of the week. 

This policy is in place because of the advanced level of sparring involved. Our coaches need to assess each student's readiness to ensure they are prepared for this intensity of training. This assessment helps confirm they have a solid foundation in defensive techniques, minimizing the risk of injuries during class and maximising the students progress.
